Outstanding! I recently bought and sold two older St. Paul homes with the help of dream team Dan Schneider and Paul Sewald. Between Dan’s astute knowledge of the real estate market and negotiation skills, and Paul’s experience with home construction, relationships with local companies (inspection, sewer, roofing, plumbing, drywall etc.) and staging skills, I felt well cared for and at ease amidst what otherwise would have been a stressful and chaotic process.
