Steve is knowledgeable, well-connected, offers solid advice while still working with you as a customer to understand your goals and how you might like to proceed. Working with Lauren Henry was truly the best experience we could have hoped for. Outstanding! I recently bought and sold two older St. Paul homes with the help of dream team Dan Schneider and Paul Sewald. Between Dan’s astute knowledge of the real estate market and negotiation skills, and Paul’s experience with home construction, relationships with local companies (inspection, sewer, roofing, plumbing, drywall etc.) and staging skills, I felt well cared for and at ease amidst what otherwise would have been a stressful and chaotic process. Dan and Paul were excellent communicators, professional and fun to work with. Highly recommend!
