I have worked with Ryan and the Odd Couple Team twice now for both the purchase of my first home and the sale and purchase of my second. It was a TRULY wonderful experience and its comforting to know that there is a team that is committed to finding the perfect home for you. I worked with his team for staging my home and it was incredible to see my home sell so quickly when SO many others had been on market for 5 times longer than mine was. Working with Ryan & the Odd Couple Team was incredible! My husband and I are newish residents of the twin cities, and Ryan was very knowledgeable about the maintenance / potential pitfalls of the historic homes here. With his help, we were able to make a very strategic offer on our new home and successfully negotiate with the sellers. We closed & moved in just before the holidays, and are looking forward to enjoying our new life here!

Working with Jane Kahnke was an incredible experience from day one. We cold-called her from out of state, and that evening she was already touring homes for us over video! We didn’t end up getting that first house, but what impressed us most was how she never gave up on us.
