I have worked with Ryan and the Odd Couple Team twice now for both the purchase of my first home and the sale and purchase of my second. It was a TRULY wonderful experience and its comforting to know that there is a team that is committed to finding the perfect home for you. I worked with his team for staging my home and it was incredible to see my home sell so quickly when SO many others had been on market for 5 times longer than mine was. Working with Ryan & the Odd Couple Team was incredible! My husband and I are newish residents of the twin cities, and Ryan was very knowledgeable about the maintenance / potential pitfalls of the historic homes here. Working with Jane Kahnke was an incredible experience from day one. We cold-called her from out of state, and that evening she was already touring homes for us over video!
