My engagement & wedding ring needed repair. The jeweler (Andrea?) sorry I forgot her name, explained everything to me before she did the work. The ring was ready on time and looks great - and at the price promised. Highly recommend for repairs. I have already given them a 3rd ring to repair because they are very trustworthy.

After the first 5 minutes with her, I could tell that she had my best interests in mind. Throughout the process, Jo was proactive, kind, honest, and helpful. I had a tight time deadline to get my ring, which Jo met with ease. With Jo’s guidance, I selected and purchased a ring that blew away my fiancé. She absolutely loves it. Overall, this experience with Sparrowood has been nothing but positive. 5 stars all the way and I highly recommend if you are selecting an engagement ring in the Raleigh area.
