Stopped by the Arlington Spec’s today and had an outstanding experience thanks to Shy at checkout. What started as a quick transaction turned into a genuine conversation — we bonded over both having relocated to Texas without knowing anyone and just figuring it out. Her energy and positivity were contagious, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. No matter where you go, it’s the people who make a business stand out — and Shy is exactly that person. A real conversation at the register reminds you why customer experience matters, and she nailed it. Spec’s is lucky to have her on the team. Five stars.

Didn't have the products I wanted. Store was very dirty, lots of spots that just looked dusty and the floor too was sticky in places. Staff were rude as well when asking questions, felt unwelcome shopping there.
