My husband and I traveled to NYC for a 4th of July vacation that turned horrible when we were arrested and my husband charged with 5 felony gun charges for 2 handguns that he legally owned and was licensed to carry in the state we live. We were scared and confused when we found out the extent of the trouble my husband was facing due to this. Todd worked out the most favorable deal ever with no felony convictions in the end. We enjoyed working with Alex and Claire, both adding their own special touch. We had a mistake that was against my husband but was the DA’s mistake and Alex was quick to go to bat for my husband. At the final court date Claire represented my husband. Todd and Claire called us the night before and Todd explained everything and answered all our questions. The morning of Claire was there and ready to go with such a bubbly and personable touch that was greatly appreciated. Again there was a mistake that Claire made sure was corrected with a second call and he walked away with a misdemeanor. We followed Todd’s advice and were patient and did everything he asked us to do and it turned out beyond favorable. Todd our family appreciates everything you and your team have done for us. And Claire, thank you for your empathy and compassion working with us through that last day. I highly recommend Spodek Law firm. Without a doubt they are everything they advertise themselves to be.
