★★★★★ 5-Star Review – The Michael S. Lamonsoff Firm, Especially Attorney Madalyn Beck I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to describing how incredible Madalyn Beck is. For more than five weeks, my insurance company ignored every single thing I sent, emails, phone calls, letters, nothing. I was drowning trying to handle it on my own. The stress was eating me alive. Then I called Madalyn. From the moment she picked up the phone, everything shifted. She listened to me, really listened, and made me feel heard and protected in a way I didn’t even know an attorney could. She jumped in with a level of persistence, compassion, and fire that honestly shocked me in the best way. She contacted supervisors, pushed past every wall they tried to put up, and refused to let my situation be brushed aside. And the wild part? Within three hours, she accomplished what I had been fighting for over 45 days. She made sure every single one of my missing wages was released. She didn’t just resolve it, she fixed the entire situation with grace, speed, and a level of dedication that still has me in awe. And she didn’t stop there. I've used Michael's firm in the past, so when it was time to help my parents find representation, for me it was a no brainer. Currently, my parents are represented by Anthony Mangona and I couldn't be happier that they were assigned to him. Although my parents case is still pending, Anthony has been transparent since the beginning. Every time we have questions an email and/or a phone call is sure to follow. I Always say Any company has to Have a Foundation which is the customer Service! I am not saying Gabrielle Mendez is customer. Here is My experience with Gabrielle who is the legal assistance - I have Never been treated with such RESPECT and PATIENCE from Any Law firm! I’ve had the privilege of speaking with this gentleman with such compassion it was then I knew if I, my family & friends needs an attorney to call this firm! Gabrielle legal assistant has the professionalism and in My opinion is representing the Law Offices of Michael Lamonsoff. This being said when a Law firm has a Foundation like Gabrielle Mendez as a Legal Assistant the Whole of this firm speaks for itself! Thank you Gabrielle!
