I used to go to WholeFoods - but after Amazon takeover and the Covid - i found WholeFoods is kind of in a stupid state. I shifted to Sprouts for similar items - especially the bulk items etc. Sprouts is working great for me so far.

I had stepped in this particular location to grab a specific brand of oats and one of the staffers in there tried helping me find it though we were not able to locate that. However, this review is not as much about not being able to find a product but more about how the staffer helped make sure that they looked for it with me in all the places they usually place oats (i had grabbed them while they were setting up an aisle) and made sure that customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend the store for your grocery needs!!

Was in Sprouts looking to purchase a good nutritious brand of milk was very confused there were too many options noticed an employee asked for assistance. The employee his name was Zach went above and beyond directing me to choices I may be interested in. Was very impressed this was my first time shopping at this location will definately be back loved the friendliness and helpfulness.

Totally unprofessional behavior. We ordered to pick up at 11-11:30. They din't have it and made me wait till 11:50. And they were just chill about it as if it's my fault that I ordered from them. Don't fall for it. Go for something else.
