Incredibly valuable. Cannot speak any more highly on the commitment to service from St. Pete PC Repair Guy. Even if the answer was not able to be found, I was provided with resources and a network where they were. All in all, PC Repair guy didn’t touch my computer but the sheer support provided over the phone was outstanding. Picked up at off hours, ensured I was making the right call, and continued to represent the collaboration and community that I tend to find in St. Petersburg. Context: I had one of the original liquid cooling systems. It overheating with new upgrades, and actually burst, leaking on part of my GPU. PC Repair guy was able to provide a rather complete diagnosis over the phone (minded, I know computers too), that ensured I could make the fix rather easily and ensured I did it with all proper concerns in mind. This actually saved me hundreds of dollars, and I owe this man a stellar review on behalf of all the above. Support local businesses that care as much as this one. 10/10 👌
Shaun is Amazing. I was having blue screen and windows issues and he helped me out with both. He was attentive to my problems and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. If you’ve got computer issues in St Pete, Shaun is your guy!!
A year later, Shaun again gave expert advice that was the smart thing for me, the customer to do...and it wasn't bringing my laptop into him for a major repair. I respect so much his honest advice and feedback. When my laptop needs attention...he's getting the business!! From a year ago: Shaun is above ‘taking money’! Called about HD data retrieval and Shaun clearly explained what and how he could assist, making clear that if he couldn’t get data, there’s no charge. He went further and offered a ‘self help’ option that might solve my issue. How nice!
Best experience ever!! Shawn is honest, knowledge and explained everything while restoring my computer from what Microsoft Technical support did to it make it not work. I will definitely contact him if needed in the future. Rates are reasonable and no hidden fees. He came to my home in Bradenton.
