Extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in at 9AM for a detailed cleaning of my car’s carpet and seats. The staff assured me it would be ready by 3PM, but when I arrived, the car wasn’t even close to done. I had to sit there for another 45 minutes waiting. When they finally handed it over, the seats and carpets still had all the same marks — it looked almost the same as before! I paid $195 plus an extra $20 for parking, and honestly, I could’ve just shampooed and vacuumed the car myself for $10 and gotten better results. Totally unprofessional staff and poor service — not worth the time or money. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent and meticulous in every way: - the thorough washing of the exterior of the car, and the exterior and interior of the windows, and exterior mirrors; - the complete and consistent clean of the interior of the car; - the polishing on some damaged paint streaks on the boot was done so well, the streaks are now hardly visible, showing the consistency of the high standard of meticulous service; - the careful and comprehensive vacuuming in all the interior, including in the boot; and - the service was done in under 30 minutes, shorter than expected.

Star needs to do something about their quality control. Star at Greenway are rubbish, these guys at Manuka however were excellent! Fast, efficient, great attention to detail, absolutely nothing overlooked. Car looks immaculate it was done quickly and to a very high standard. Prices aren’t cheap but that’s a reflection on Star not this franchise and I’ve got to say I was completely satisfied.

I paid $275 for a full detail here. The job was not satisfactory and there were some spots which were missed. When I raised the issues, the staff were attentive and wanted to correct them, but they couldn't fix all the missed spots. I was offered a free Platinum car wash to use at a later date given it was a new staff member who had completed my wash and the job clearly wasn't up to scratch. Ultimately, I will give this place another shot because of the excellent customer service and the low price. However, I probably won't come here again for detailing.
