Had used the Star Station on Damon + Garnet in PB for a while before moving up this way. Was stoked to find another one so close, and the friendly service, super fast turnaround, and close restaurants and amenities somehow make the experience here even better. Ken and Leo are great, funny, and incredibly helpful. Smog checks can be a hassle, but the Star Station shops and techs make it super easy and painless.

One thing that really put me off was the coupon situation. Before the write-up, I showed the employee the $10-off coupon from their website, and he said he would apply it. However, when I received the final bill, the discount wasn’t included. That was really disappointing, especially since I made sure to show it ahead of time. Practices like this make it hard to trust the business. I won’t be going back. Another strange part of the experience was that they asked me to wait at a nearby restaurant while they worked on my car, which felt very odd.
