My dog LOVES this place, as do I. They are always so kind, thorough, and professional. The pictures/videos they upload make me so happy and confident that my dog is having a great time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Mac and Jason are truly wonderful…so happy we found ya’ll! Thanks to Jason for managing to wrangle our reactive dog and trim his nails! He’s a magician. And Mac always has a smile to brighten our days at the front desk. Eddie has been a guest at Stay before and we’ve had nothing but good experiences with everyone there. Highly recommend any and all services!

Very welcoming groomers. The building is tucked in by the river. Very nice staff. Juliana cut Cookies hair. She is the best dog groomer we have been to in Chicago! Thanks all!

Our family loves Stay, especially Cali (our dog). She is a very timid and anxious pup, the handlers are very good with her and she is always wagging her tail when they come grab her in the morning. All the staff is very friendly and communicative. They accommodate her by letting her pee outside during daycare which is a big plus! The other day we were running late picking her up on a weekend day and they waited the 10 minutes for us to grab her. We love being able to watch the cameras. Also they provide cute little lunch bags for each dog.

I am writing this review and hope things can be changed or improved somehow. Last couple months I had my german shepherd (gsd) Spot starting a couple daycare and boarding at Stay. While i appreciated the efforts to accept Spot while she was not fixed and had staff provided solo care. However, after the dog being fixed and was sent to Stay for a boarding, i was told my dog still not able to let handlers bring her out to play with other dogs and was told my dog needs to attend a training for gsd due to some aggressive, panic or nervous issue. I respectfully disagreed with the suggestions and i was right when i had my dog boarding last week at another facility that she had never been there before. During 5 days at the new facility, which i will not provide the name, my dog was out on the first day with other dogs that i could see on their cameras and I also received her pictures every other day for the 5 day boarding at the facility. Thanks for reading this far. Hopefully that I can give the extra 1 or 2 more stars later if i have to send my dog to Stay again and things can done similar to what happened at the other facility.
