My wife and I had a 60 min massage here and it was great. The lounge was very nice with snacks and drinks. They even gave my wife a birthday gift, even though I didn't mention it to them. You however, cannot use the pool of the hotel, which was fine during winter but may not be in summer. Shout-out to Ivy for a great massage and I highly recommend this spa for your massage needs.

Newly renovated. The experience of massage and facial were great. They do not use steam on facials but do extractions. They have complimentary juices and snacks. Each change room has a sauna and steam room, but no pool access. The biggest downside is every few minutes you hear and feel the subway as this spa is in the basement.

First time back to this spa after their 3 to 4 year renovation. Personally enjoyed the layout and ambiance of their pre-renovation Spa, but this one too was enjoyable, sleek, modern and a good experience. Massage was excellent. Lounge away small and cozy. Great service.

After being closed for several years for renovations, Stillwater has finally re-opened - just about 4 weeks ago. My experience was solid as it has been in the past. Stephanie, the Spa concierge, was friendly, attentive, and responsive; I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
