Fantastic service today at Stitches. They altered my dog harness the same day and was reasonably priced. Excellent customer service lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. The harness fits perfectly.

These girls are brilliant, I took a waterproof jacket into be repaired. Within the hour it was back in perfect condition. I had a torn pocket and you can't tell its been repaired

I visited Stitches Alterations for a minor repair on my puffer jacket, which included a zipper replacement and two small stitches. I left the jacket with them and collected it the following day, which was straightforward and clearly part of their process. The work was completed as expected, and the jacket was returned in good, wearable condition. The staff were friendly, polite, and pleasant to deal with, which made the experience smooth. However, the pricing felt quite high. I was charged £38 for what seemed like a relatively small repair, and given that it wasn’t a same-day service, the cost didn’t feel proportionate to the work involved. While I understand that urgent situations can affect decisions, and the service itself was fine, the value for money wasn’t there for me personally. I would likely look for other options in the future for similar minor alterations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had several items altered here, including my trousers, and every time the service has been fantastic. The team are always welcoming, friendly, and professional – nothing is ever too much trouble. Even though I don’t know the name of the lady who helped me most recently, she (and everyone else) always greets me with a smile and delivers great results. I’m really happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend many thanks Victor

Stitches altered my wedding dress for me. They took in the bodice, shortened it (by quite a lot) and made a creative bustle for me. The ladies were so wonderful, the work is flawless and the prices are brilliant. Can't recommend enough!
