I’m not used to wearing jewelry, so when I first got my ring, I measured a bit too tightly and it ended up being just a quarter size too small. I went back, and the team immediately helped me get it resized. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only beautiful jewelry but also the best quality service you could ask for!

This is where my husband got my wedding ring! I love it so much (as well as him lol) No other jeweler would work with him on a custom design near our home, he had to go to San Antonio where he worked to find someone to work with him. I'm happy that he got my ring here! The staff is also friendly as well, as you can go in at anytime after your purchase and have your item cleaned. I appreciate the attention to detail every time we go in.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at San Antonio Jewelers. The store itself is beautiful, and the prices were surprisingly good — we really wanted to love it, especially since it’s right in our neighborhood. However, the sales staff completely ruined the visit. The person helping us was rude, dismissive, and more interested in bragging about her own 3-carat diamond than helping us find what we were looking for. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than potential customers. This was a major missed opportunity for them, and sadly, we won’t be coming back. A beautiful store and good prices can’t make up for poor service.

We purchased my engagement ring from a different company, and it had a low set setting, causing issues with wedding bands fitting flush against my engagement ring. I brought my ring to San Antonio Jewelry, and they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring and help me find a wedding band to match. They were able to keep my engagement ring setting, but they worked their magic to allow my wedding band to fit flush. 10/10 experience. The customer service was great, Holly was so helpful and accommodating and I cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs.
