I wish I lived closer. I have been here a few times over the years. Had a kid's birthday party here once. I is a great place to climb and have fun. My skill level is on the low end of low, but it doesn't matter. I always have a great time here.

I took a lead climbing class here with two of my friends this spring. It was the first time I'd been to Stoneworks. I didn't get to do a ton of climbing, but would definitely be a regular if it wasn't so far away. The class was excellent. The instructor provided insight into safety practices and gear choices based on personal experiences with different setups used and mistakes made. It was relatable, engaging, comprehensive and affordable. I would recommend the classes here to anyone that is looking to expand their skillset, or reinforce what they've already got. The bouldering and rope climbing both looked like a good time to me, definitely had more of an old school vibe to it. Friendly, supportive environment. Check it out!

Stoneworks is a great place to learn to climb, get better at climbing, and has a nice climbing community. It's not a flashy gym, and it's not huge, but their staff and members are nice, helpful, and enjoyable. If you're new to climbing, the Groupon they often offer is a deal that can't be beat. It's family-friendly and a great place for kids to learn, too.

Really enjoy this bouldering gym. There are quite a number of different routes for all levels, so it's easy to find success while working to improve toward the higher climbing levels and skills. It's also laid back and easy to enjoy just doing your own thing, getting in a workout, or enjoying some casual climbing. The auto belays set up at the 20-foot plus high areas of the gym are really cool and a different and fun challenge. Definitely highly recommend Stone Works.

I was impressed with how big the gym was since the other reviews suggested it was small! You can tell a lot of thought and care was put into the design too. I can heartily recommend this place for a great bouldering or belay session.
