No amenities for men. Out of order steam room, non functioning sauna, no salt room, no rain shower. All of these are available for women and my wife enjoyed it. My massage was great however, I had nothing to do afterwards while waiting for my wife. Don’t deceive the men. Update your website and be honest. Update: 4/28/2026, We also realized yesterday that we had been overcharged $100 from the hotel. We called and it seems like they will be refunding that but, we should not have to catch their mistake and call them to fix it.

Rapid decline! I've been loyal to Strata for years, unfortunately the experience has declined dramatically. There are better options for the price and experience. *If you do go, ask for Kelsey, she's an amazing massage therapist.

Hands down the best facial I’ve had at a resort. Lori was incredible, knowledgeable, and my skin felt amazing.

I’d like a response from management—after reading other reviews, it’s clear the steam room and sauna have been malfunctioning for months. This isn’t a one-off issue, it’s a core part of the experience that’s consistently not working at a “high-end” spa. Why hasn’t this been fixed, and why is this being allowed to continue despite ongoing negative feedback? I’m not looking for a generic apology—I want a clear explanation of what’s causing the delay and when it will actually be resolved.

I received the seaweed detox which was supposed to be 75 mins and a full body wrap and a depuffing facial. So it's 260$ dollars and then they tack on another 22% so you're walking out paying over 325$ bucks for less than two hours. But the treatment itself.... garbage. The "body scrub" before isn't a scrub at all, it's a lady rubbing some stuff that has a little bit of texture in it on your limbs. Same with the seaweed. They just put it on your limbs and a little on your stomach and there is no wrap. They only let you sit for 20 mins tops which isn't enough time for your body to absorb. Then you shower and they put some oil on you. The waiting room doesn't smell or have any music going and my robe at home is a billion times better than what they give you there. I would never ever go back to this place. Don't waste your money. Woodhouse is nicer and cheaper but I'm sticking with my set up at home.

Fantastic Massage : AWFUL support staff. I am Fuming! Ally was really very rude and we felt unsupported when my wife and I had an issue with the massage being started so much later than our scheduled appointment time and then ending exactly on time. I would understand if we had arrived late but this is so wrong and nearly ruined my wife's birthday. Do better.
