I am excited to complete this review. A big thank you goes out to Sam and his team for the electrical work they completed for my dad. I really appreciate how Sam showed concern for my father and worked hard to make sure he was happy with the work. He also came back a few times to make sure things were working properly. I recommend STS Electric not only for the work, but for the care they show to people as that is truly a treasure. Again, thank you Sam and team!

Sam, the estimator, provided a transparent bid that was slightly higher than others but reflected their commitment to quality without cutting corners—I’m glad I chose them. STS was very professional, worked hard and consistently; they showed up on time and did excellent work. Sam communicated in a friendly helpful manner and followed through to make sure I understood what was happening and offered additional Assistance to ensure we had the best experience possible. If you live in the Chicago area, I strongly suggest you look no further for your electric needs but to go with the best company I have ever worked with. From the office staff, supervisors and technicians are rated 10 out of 5 if that was possible. An amazing service rendered and as a very satisfied customer they will stay with me for all future projects.The detailed and precision of this service was unbelievable.
