So far I have loved my experience at Studio45 in Fremont! I have been wanting to try reformer pilates for a long time, and I am so glad that I finally did! Each class is extremely challenging, but in the best way. The instructors are precise and encouraging. I have a new sense of confidence in my abilities and with each class I feel stronger :)
I've done a few classes with Studio 45 - the instructors are fantastic, the workout is challenging, and the studio is extremely clean. I am always shaking during the class, and am always excited to come back! The instructors do a great job of explaining and demonstrating each move on/off the machines. Looking forward to getting stronger with Studio 45!
I love this studio. All of the instructors are super friendly and if corrections are made, I never feel singled out in class. The transitions are super smooth and even though I am working hard, class honestly feels like it flies by. I do wish parking were a bit easier, but overall, I highly recommend Studio 45.
I really liked this class! The instructors make really good use of the time, making sure your whole body is worked out in the 45 minutes! They do a good job of making sure the class is challenging and offering adjustments if needed. The whole staff is also super friendly :)
I’ve really been enjoying the classes at Studio 45! The instructors are great, the workouts are challenging, and I always leave feeling stronger. I’m activating muscles I don’t usually target in other workouts, which has made a big difference. I also love the music during class—it keeps the energy up. Pilates at Studio 45 is definitely something I plan to keep in my fitness routine!
