Went to an event they had recently. They started the event later at 9 and with no lessons. Extremely awkward way to start an event. Not many people at first but people trickled in and there was a decent crowd. Could use a little bit more atmosphere to the studio as well for a social, was kinda empty. Not bad overall but the lack of lessons and timing to get people to show up needs some work!

I absolutely love Studio K! I’d been wanting to take dance classes and learn to dance for a few years, but was very nervous and hesitant. After doing some research and reading reviews, I thought Studio K would be a good fit. I was looking for somewhere laid-back, friendly and welcoming and that is exactly what I have found with Studio K! All of the instructors are so nice, knowledgeable and patient. There’s an amazing variety of dance styles offered as well as cardio/fitness classes so there is something for everyone. Additionally, the vibes are awesome and I have a second family at Studio K with all of the great people I have met there! I’m excited to continue to learn and grow :)

Studio K is one of my happy places! I love every experience I have here, from the variety of classes to the amazing teachers and to the kindred spirit friendships I’ve made so far. The teachers are so thoughtful and experienced as both performers and instructors, and the classes are always engaging and focused on technique as well as fun! There are also fitness oriented classes that are high energy and inspiring. Love Studio K and the wonderful dance community here!

The traditional bachata Sunday morning class is a workout! The lovely Kavita teaches this class on Sunday Mornings, and man... I did not expect to sweat! I personally love her teaching style, it suits my level. I learned a lot today from her and she was already giving us previews for what's to come for the next class. Out of all the dance teachers I've come across, she is definitely the most passionate when it comes to dancing traditional Bachata, it shows when the music takes over. Kavita is 🔥🔥🔥!
