I have found an exercise that I will stick with and I love. The classes are fast-paced, with the activities changing often enough that I don't get bored. There are multiple t.v monitors showing the specific exercise with verbal instructions and reminders. The in-class instructor is free to help with form and give you ways to get even more out of the routine. Most of all, it is an encouraging, positive environment. No matter your age, body type, or fitness background you belong here. And the results are great too.
I absolutely love Studio Pilates. The classes are challenging yet fun, and the instructors do a great job of keeping you motivated while ensuring proper form. The studio is clean, welcoming, and the workouts are incredibly effective. I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. It’s quickly become one of my favorite ways to move and reset both physically and mentally!

One of the big perks for us is the location—we love that we can just walk to class. It makes fitting in a workout that much easier. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and very well-run. The instructors are fantastic. They’re not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive. They do a wonderful job guiding you through each movement and are always there to help with form and adjustments, which makes a big difference whether you're a beginner or more experienced. We both feel stronger already and actually look forward to the classes. Highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a great fitness option close to home!
This has become my newest obsession. I’ve taken other Pilates classes from different studios but never felt challenged or supported. I definitely feel both at Norton Commons Studio Pilates. The instructors are friendly, very helpful and encouraging. The studio is streamlined and clean, with great equipment. Class times are also conveniently scheduled.
So I am new to studio Pilates but am enjoying the variety of classes. It has definitely improved my posture and I already am feeling stronger. I try to get there 3x a week and it has eliminated the mid back pain I was experiencing from the forward position I am in at work. If you are looking to mix up your workouts and improve your body try Studio Pilates. The instructors are upbeat, helpful and so friendly!
