Outstanding beard trim! My barber really understood the shape of my face and how to style my beard to complement it. He used straight razors with skill and care. My beard has never looked better. I won't trust anyone else with my beard now.

I booked a haircut online for 9:45 (after they told me I couldn't book over the phone) and on the day checked and saw that they weren't open till 10 so I decided to call the shop and got no answer! I went in at 10 telling them of the situation and they told I was out of luck and still had to pay the full amount after showing them their opening times were wrong, if you are planning on getting your hair cut here DO NOT make the same mistake I did, don't trust there opening times till they are fixed otherwise they will just take your money and shrug. Edit - It is a shame to see such a disappointing response from this shop that turned this from a simple mistake from both parties (like I said before) to a display of lying, I have logs on my phone thankfully that prove that I called on a previous day and on the day to try and get some confirmation and have posted these in my edit to prove that this shop has lied in its response that I never called.
