It was an absolute pleasure working with Makaela and Maddy at Succeeding Small. I'm a first time business owner and learned VERY quickly that I didn't want to do the site myself. I LOVE my new site - it exceeded my expectations! They made the process very easy and helped me with all my "dumb" questions. I gave them a LOT of industry-specific copy edits and they took the time to complete each and every one. Communication with me was always extremely timely (which is very important to me) and I never felt like I didn't know where in the process we were. They also met every deadline they gave me and when I told them I unexpectedly had a very large networking even to attend and would love to have my website live a little sooner (like, the next day) they made it happen!
