Mark is the absolute Best! I have been suffering long covid and body aches for 3 years was struggling to work and even do simple things. I tried everything acupuncture, hearbal juices, IV therapy and so many supplements nothing worked but he suggested just 3things and when I was asking if I should add more supplements he could have sold so many more to me. But instead he told me to stay simple as my symptoms seem sensitive. I highly recommend everyone to go see Mark. I got my normal life back.

I love this store and their very knowledgeable staff! They are always quick to help me find something, and carry only the highest quality brands and product ranges. Prices are competitive with Amazon, if not cheaper oftentimes. So happy to have this local gem in my neighborhood.

AMAZING first experience. Madison showed great knowledge of their products, a caring disposition and expressed her belief in the importance of a healthful diet. She confidently picked 2 supplements for me to begin my journey to better health. So thankful for her help and their products. They will see me again.

Poor customer service. Mark is always changing the rules for the sales. He gives exceptions to his favorite customers but not all of them. I saw a man in there without a mask and the management didn’t say anything to him. He was very pushy and tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need, I felt that he didn't listen to that I really wanted and just started recommending products to me to make sales.

We are so lucky to have a store like Sundrops in Dallas! Owner Mark Herrin is a wonderful resource – he’s committed to a clean and healthy lifestyle, always up on the latest studies and research, and is very helpful in providing tailored recommendations for your needs. If you’re interested in going a bit deeper, he offers 1:1 hour-long nutritional consultations which are awesome. The store is lovely and they offer great customer loyalty discounts, coupons, and their first Saturday sale. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
