I attended the Autumn Equinox Sound Bath at Sunshine Yoga Shack and it was such a unique and beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, which made me feel very comfortable right away. Melissa was absolutely wonderful - friendly, warm, welcoming. A great teacher. The class itself was just what I was needing to clear my mind and get back into yoga and exercise. It wasn't overwhelmingly hot, the perfect temperature for hot yoga. Truly great for someone who hadn't done yoga in a little while and wanted to get back into it. The studio was clean, inviting, and I will definitely be back!

I took this Saturday aerial class at 11 AM .. Everybody was very friendly and nice. I was a little nervous being my first time ever doing this. The instructor was great. She took things slow and came around and helped all of us who are new. I really appreciated the kindness and patience and encouragement when it got a little more difficult and there were certain things I could not quite do. The instructor made me feel confident that if I keep coming back, I will get better.. thank you so much for the experience and I'm already booked for next Saturday❤️
