I had a fantastic experience at the Super Star Car Wash. Kayla helped me out and she was very friendly and attentive to my needs. My truck was spotless in no time using the fast pass. Kayla provided excellent customer service and really made my visit very enjoyable. Her awesome service will guarantee that I come back to this car wash. I would highly recommend that anyone give this place a try, it's awesome. Keep up the good work!

Add an awesome experience at superstar car wash today. Kayla was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make sure that my car came out spotless. The service was quick and thorough and her attention to detail was quite , impressive. I totally recommend the superstar car watch to anybody who hasn't been there before. I know I'll definitely be going back again soon.

Went to give my car a good reset after finals week. First I cleaned the inside of my car and they have amazing options for their customers here like different sized vacuums, glass cleaner and rags for your windows, free air for your tire and so much more! After this I went through to the car wash area and was met with a guy named Mark! He is a very sweet gentleman with an amazing beard. He helped me pic my car wash and helped me with the payment process. Overall such an amazing experience because of all their tools and their team member Mark, get that man a raise he deserves it!!

In short, their car wash malfunctions and ripped off a side view mirror cover and dislodged the other (potentially $1,000s in damage). Additionally, they’ve been delaying the claims process for three weeks to the point where I am starting to think I’ll have to sue them in court. I’m now filling out my claim for the third time because the back office apparently keeps losing it. It’s a shame, because the local employees are very friendly, but I can’t emphasize enough how much this place should be avoided. Their machinery may damage your car and you get the corporate runaround trying to get them to fix/pay for the damage.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The vacuums were clogged and I tried 3 different slots, I spent money washing my car and couldn’t even use the restroom with how disgusting it was which was such an inconvenience. For a business that claims to be “super star” you guys better take more pride in your jobs.
