An absolute nightmare of a transaction from beginning to end. There are so many other furniture restoration companies to choose from. This place should close immediately. I asked for an estimate for 2 leather couch cushions. James asked for pictures and measurements. He quoted me a price. He quoted me over triple the original price once I bought the leather and brought them in. I was told turn around would be 3 weeks. And verbally promised they would try to get them done sooner. 14 weeks, several empty promises, the gamut of excuses, and many ignored phone calls later, I finally received my cushions. The corners are lopsided, the cushions are uneven, and I was gaslit to believe "Thats how they originally were". I don't think so Karl. I was also threatened with "I have 6 guys here who will rip those cushions out of your car" when I demanded a discount for their less-than-superior service. The hostility proved their guilt. The interior of the business is filthy and unfit for any nonworker to enter. It will be interesting to see what mold spores and bugs my cushions will release after being held hostage in their "warehouse" for over a quarter of a year

Superior is the best. They can take an old quality piece of furniture and repaint it to look beautifully new. They recently painted my grandparents cabinet a stunning satin black. It came out perfect. Delivery was easy too. It’s a great company to work with. James and crew are excellent.
