Nate isn't my personal trainer but my daughter's. I had asked her to ask him for advice on an ongoing knee issue I have. He generously called me and we talked for a 1/2 hour - his knowledge helped me to understand what was happening and suggestions for treatment really helped. I highly recommend him for his understanding and knowledge base for all ages.
We live in Texas and my husband is a diabetic that was having a lot of health problems. I myself am from Kentucky and I wanted to reach out to people back home for help. I got in contact with Nate. He put a lot of time and effort into, not just the diet end of things, but also the activity and motion health. My husband had a lot of different health issues one diet and exercise plan conflicting with the next. Nate helped us around all of this and today Joel is doing excellent.
