Amazing office and staff...the staff was friendly and very supportive throughout the CPR course. They made the space comfortable to practice and to ask questions. I was able to successfully save the mannequins live and feel qualified if an emergency situation presents itself at home or anywhere.

Swisher was a really amazing instructor! I felt really comfortable and confident because of her :) she makes sure you understand the topics in order for you to understand the test

Had a great experience with SureFire CPR! Hector made the BLS training clear, hands-on, and easy to follow. His visual teaching style really helped, and I left feeling confident and prepared.

The class material itself was very helpful. The majority of my learning came from the videos that were played from AHA. Our instructor Erika would sometimes contradict certain things that were said/performed in the videos which made the experience confusing. There was also a question during the class when someone asked at what age can you no longer use the infant CPR method, but Erika did not know the answer, which is completely understandable but she said maybe I should ChatGPT it. She also went through the AED learning portion of the class in about 5 minutes so the skills practical portion of that was somewhat of a challenge figuring out the steps. She also pretty much just taught to the test. I would definitely suggest for Erika to structure the class a bit better regarding time management as some key things I felt were rushed. If I had to re-do the class I think I would rather just do the hybrid training. EDIT 7/18/2025: I am editing this review because I was contacted by the founder of SureFire CPR regarding my original review and he immediately rectified any issues that I had. He provided access to an additional hybrid training to me at no cost to ensure that I have the needed CPR skills. I greatly appreciate him reaching out to me and because of that, I would definitely use SureFire CPR to complete renewal courses in the future if needed.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had taking a BLS class. Kyle was the best very thorough and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know!! Will definitely be back when I have to renew again!
