I don't care how other experience is. The front desk experience was beyond disappointing. The woman working the front desk was rude and clearly unhappy to be there, which gives the wrong first impression. If they don’t enjoy working with people, this might not be the right job for them. A friendlier front desk staff would make this place much more inviting.

My son was able to learn a lot in his swimming lessons here with the help of all his swimming instructors who are very patient and hands on in teaching. My son has been coming here for 3 yrs. or so but we decided to stop his lessons because of their make-up class policy and not updating the swimming lesson level.

The individual attention and quality of the teachers here is incredible! I’ve been doing the baby swim classes and though the price per month is a bit more than other classes such as little gym, you’re getting what you pay for with an incredible class and teachers. Sean especially has taught me so much about water safety and always personalizes his instruction for us during class. We tried taking a swim class at the Campbell community center and it was awful - basically a handful of sixteen year olds tell you to jump in the pool and blow bubbles. If you can afford it, this is worth it! My baby is completely fine with being submerged and has never cried once!

My kids have taken swim lessons since their first time in the water. We have been coming here for 2 years and they can now swim with the good swimming techniques. It is a slow pace but I feel like my kids developed good swimming techniques. The instructors are nice. The only thing I don't like is that the instructors occasionally engage in play and chatting with my kids during lesson time. The staff is nice and helpful. The facility is nice and clean with a good parents waiting area. I will recommend this place.

Absolutely love this swim school! The pool is fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for all levels of swimmers. The changing rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to get ready. One of my favorite features is the cozy viewing area for parents. It's such a cool and relaxing spot to watch the lessons while waiting for the kids. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great swimming experience!
