Simply the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to, and I have visited many studios all over the world. The teachers are the best, structuring the classes to include time to ground, breathe, and heal through mindful movement. The building is gorgeous, an old public library with an authentic mural, surrounded by bright windows that draw in energy and light. I’ve been coming here for 10 years since I bought my house a few blocks away, I hope many more locals and visitors are able to take a breath and nourish their lives here for many years to come.

This is the second sound bath I’ve gone to where Dina was the practitioner. Where has she been all my life?!? She was so connected and compassionate with everyone in the group, it made me feel safe enough to actually meditate. I can’t wait for her next class!

I had the most wonderful experience at Swan River Yoga, especially in a class led by Caroline. Her teaching style is incredibly peaceful and uplifting, creating a space that feels both calming and lighthearted. When Caroline came over to help adjust my pose, I felt an immediate sense of calm—more than I had in weeks. I’ve been navigating some difficult life events, and for the first time in a while, I left class feeling at peace.
