Friendly staff and the turn around time to analyze my graphics card was quick! Ended up selling the card to them at a fair price. Colin and Fernando at the front counter were especially helpful. If I ever need to sell parts again, this is where I'm going!

I built my first PC but ran into some issues as a first time builder. I went to see and they completed the build for me and I stalled windows 11. To get my computer back and fully functioning only took about 24 hours. They are super helpful and honest with the process. Will be back for future work and upgrades!!!

Honestly a hidden gem for computers in Tucson. They have such a charming Y2K aesthetic and everything you could need for a computer. I've been very integated in PC culture and building for a long time and honestly I wish I came here sooner. I would've bought a whole new computer from them just to support. An absolute treasure trove of computer parts and accessories! They didn't have my very specific, low demand part in stock, but made it easy to order, with a reasonable turn around time. They have excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff! You will be greeted at the door, but be prepared to wait for service, they are very busy, which is usually a sign of a good business. I've never used their repair services, but their staff are passionate and knowledgeable, while nobody touches my PC, but me, I'd trust them to if it came to it.
