I have seen my child’s academic performance and, more importantly, confidence grow exponentially since we started at Sylvan. Their tutors have been amazing, and they have consistently been accommodating of my very busy schedule as a single working mom. I can’t recommend them enough!

At 87 years of age I am bringing the second set of my grandchildren to sylvan Center. My first association was with a grandson who simply was failing in school. Sylvan took him 3 grades in 6 months and established the ground work for success in education for his life time. He took a break at at 40 will graduate this year with a BA in accounting and in one more year should add a BS in a medical field. The two now in Sylvan are of foreign national origin and are confronting language and cultural difficulties. They are presently moving ahead quickly. Sylvan pinpoints their deficiencies and corrects them. Their self confidence improves with each problem solved. Time and money well spent.

As a parent, I have been very pleased with the progress my child has made through Sylvan tutoring program in both English and Math. The sessions have been well structured, engaging and age appropriate. Most importantly, my daughter looks forward to each class, which tells me a lot about the quality of instruction and care provided.

We have going to Sylvan for reading comprehension and writing skills for 3 years. With the teachers assistance, my son has gained confidence and knowledge. We have had 3 tutors and they all have been outstanding and very patient with my son. I highly recommend Sylvan for your tutoring needs.

We have been with Sylvan since Nov. 2024 and couldn’t be happier with the progress we’ve seen in our son. He brought his grades up by the second 9 week report card, homework has been easier to get through with him and his general attitude towards schoolwork is better!! He doesn’t complain about going to his sessions and gets excited with the prize points he can earn working hard while there. Because of the great progress we’ve seen, we plan to keep up with sessions to set him up for success as he moves on to higher grades and harder schoolwork!
