Total Learning Center has been awesome for my daughter. She was on-line for K and 1st grades and missed out on a lot of the basic reading skills. She went back to the classroom in 2nd grade. In the spring of her 2nd grade year, still struggling with reading, we signed up for TLC. At that time, she was significantly below the national average for reading based on the Spring '24 MAP Growth test. She worked really hard with the TLC staff and made nice improvements over the summer. In her most recent Evaluation for Winter '25 Map Growth, she is above the national average and tested in the 99th percentile for High Growth from Fall '24 to Winter '25. I highly recommend TLC to anyone struggling with reading!
TLA has been a game changer for our daughter. Diagnosed with Autism and Dyslexia, she came to TLA in need of a lot of encouragement, confidence and one on one personal teaching. She graduated last year and went on to complete an additional year of Independent Living studies. We have seen huge improvements in Executive Functioning skills, focus and memory and especially in her self confidence and ability to learn. Thank you! Thank you! Last summer my daughter was tutored by Nate, to help prepare her for Algebra 1. We hoped that she would just be able to keep up with the other students in the class. Not only was she able to keep up with the other students this year, she did so well she was recommended for honors geometry for ninth grade. The previous year she struggled on the PSSA. What a huge difference! Thanks TLC!
