I am extremely happy with the work Gary preformed. He was politely, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained everything so that l could understand. The work is excellent, my problem was solved. He was respectful of my home. He was very efficient and didn't even realize he was here. He finished the work show me what was done encouraged me to inspect the job to insure I was completely satisfied. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience. I rate 💯 for his work and attention to detail.

I called T-Mark to get a quote to replace both furnaces in my rental property. The initial price he quoted me was higher than a quote I got from another company however he worked with me to price match for the same quality furnace. I ended up choosing T-Mark because they are a bigger company with service available on the weekends if something breaks. Install went great, they had both furnaces installed within 4 hours. I would choose T-Mark again in the future if the pricing remained reasonable.

He was able to diagnosis my furnace outage in a short time, and was completely able to clearly explain to me "right at the furnace," how to maintain my furnace to prevent further issues. I was so glad to have found such a knowledgeable, friendly repairperson. I would highly trust them for quality work and my bill was totally reasonable. I recommend T-Mark for any furnace worries. I'll definitely be calling them in the spring for my a/c tune up.

Truly impressive service from booking (Brian) through installation (Adam & Zack). Our home is so much warmer and we love it. Total replacement of our existing 1990s furnace/central air to hybrid heat pump/gas high efficiency system in just a few hours. These folks are pros! We’re impressed; we’ll be back for plumbing and electrical services. Recommend 💯 There is a tiny screw missing on the top left corner of the furnace shield (as pictured), but we expect this to be easily remedied on their next visit. Thank you TMark.
