This place is brilliant. I've been using them for years to alter trousers, mend coats (poppers, as well as stitching), and change the length of curtains. Super friendly, high quality, and they have a little changing room so they can be sure on the right alterations to make. Great to make clothes wearable, comfortable and to give things a new lease of life rather than having to buy again.

I popped in to have the zip fixed on my coat and he fixed it free of charge as all I needed was the zip I had to be put back on a new element added. Really quick service and fixed it there and then! Thank you so much.

Honestly, I’m disappointed. Not only is it expensive (£15 per item), but the quality of the tailoring is low. I quibbled the cost when I first arrived and received a 10% discount, bringing the total for three alterations down to £40, but still, just look at the photos... Very little of it is straight, the work is untidy, and even a little careless. At least the clothes aren’t worth much, and to be fair one of the assistants offered to do it again, but that’s not the point. I wouldn’t take any items there in the future. *NB: This work was done September 2025.
