Affable, personable manager and techs. I needed an oil change and it was "already" 7:45 PM. As I pulled up, I thought there was a good chance they would turn me away and tell me to come back in the morning. Raadam greeted me, reopened the middle bay and took care of me just before closing this evening. Kind, helpful, attentive. Good vibe.

I use to go Pep boys to get my oil change but I will come to take 5 moving forward. It just make sense & I only regret not stopping sooner. This location especially, all staff were so pleasant & cordial. The gentleman that assisted me conducted my inspection, oil change, changed my filters. All while I sat inside my vehicle. I encourage everyone to stop by! 100% worth it.

This place most definitely does not do five minute oil changes. More like 50 minute oil changes, just read all of the reviews. I waited in line for 45 minutes and none of the cars that were in front of me ended up getting serviced so then I left because at that rate I would’ve had my oil changed in three hours. Do not come here if you are in a time crunch or just expect less than a 30 minute oil change.

Not sure how Ernesto was able to make an emissions test fun, but yessir he did! Polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, fast and efficient - he even helped us with new windshield wipers. Great experience and affordable prices; we’ll definitely be recommending this Take 5!
