Got my oil changed here by Ibrahim and Athan and the very next day my skid plate popped off while driving. They only put half of my fasteners on, it was busy when I got my oil changed I don’t know if that’s why they were rushing or just don’t do good work. When I went back to have them fix it (it was early in the morning and there was no line) the “acting manager” Samuel said “the skid plate is just plastic you don’t even really need it, do you want me to just take it off?” NO I want my car to be the way it was before I came here. He then proceeded to only put half of the missing fasteners on and told me I was good to go. I only knew what happened because I asked for a picture of underneath my car and saw they still did a half ass job while I was there getting the first mess up fixed. I don’t know if the problem is laziness or cheapness. Will not be returning to this establishment. The only employee that was helpful throughout this experience was Jason.

A great place to change oil and get your annual state inspection done. They treat the customers very well and do a professional job. There are options to get regular or premium oil that is cheaper than the dealership. Plus you do not spend half a day for a simple oil change. You can come back after 3 months and they check the oil level and top it off for free.

We visited this location for an oil change since our usual shop is closed on weekends. Abraham was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The issue began when Sam approached our vehicle. We explained that the company provided us with a coupon and asked whether using the coupon or the military discount would be the better option. He immediately demanded to see a military ID—which was not a problem—but once he saw that I was the military member and not my husband, his attitude noticeably changed. His behavior became aggressive, including throwing items around and acting visibly irritated. It created an uncomfortable environment and felt disrespectful. We did complete the service, but we will not be returning. The military discount isn’t worth dealing with that kind of treatment.

I showed up at the Durham location at about 715 and I was met with Andy and his crew who were so completely sweet and so respectful. They did a great job. They got me in and out of there. They Made sure everything was done perfectly. I like the whole safety check where they made sure everything was intact. Everything was done. It was like a check balance system. Those guys were great and the next time I come in for an oil change, I will be back and go to them.
