I waited a hour for top off service. And the techs did it incorrectly and manager had to come out and check. My 2020 GMC said low oil the techs said my system was wrong there plenty of oil. When I questioned them they call there manager and she rechecked the oil and it showed a quart low. The techs were very unconcerned about the needs of the customer.
