This place used to be fast and good. However, I am struggling to see if it is good or not because it took me over two hours to be seen for a 15 minute oil change, not including the oil change itself. I noticed the location had two bays open, but the staff was working on one car at a time. This is asinine, as two bays implies they should be changing the oil in parallel. I will not be returning. My advice: use a different mechanic.

Will was very professional, and his associate Cole was a tentative to what needed adressing with each vehicle. I have been taking both my vehicles here for 8 years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you "Big" Will and Cole.

I had an inspection for my F150 yesterday January 12. My auto specialist “ Will” was awesome, he was very thorough and kind. When I have a problem I know I can always get good help from this service center. They never disappoint me. Thanks Will!!! I’m not sure how I signed out with a 4.5 star review?? It’s a 5 star service center! Thanks again Will

Friendly fast and all employees had a great attitude the price. Was excellent Also, the employees had great customer service Also, They went above and beyond their way to make sure that we were good to get back on the road. Especially Eric he got us right great attitude made sure we had water Also, he went above and beyond to get us our filter for the car, but they didn’t have it so he made sure that he got the correct air /oil filter

I went to five minute to have a state inspection for my truck to get my tags. Mr. Will and the young lady who was working with him were very, very busy, and still gave me great service . I only that I just need my state inspection. I also need it.I also Needed new windshield wipers and my in truck AC filter replaced.. This Saturday morning was very busy when I arrived at about 8:30 AM spectacular service! I have followed Mr. Wells and has helped me tremendously for the last three years when I go up to Get my oil changed and another service services. I followed him from the last five minute on Hulen to where he is now on S Hulen Street… I was friendly, knowledgeable, and great service. I have recommend his five minute store to friends and family.!
