Ahkeelin had the best customer service. Professional, elite and friendly. This location is blessed to have such a bright spirit. We won't go anywhere else again. Thank you Ahkeelin and your crew for making us feel comfortable and knowledgeable. Y'all explained everything y'all were doing and why. As well as showing us all levels and explained how they work and affect our vehicle. We will be back to visit! Thank you again Ahkeelin! This young man deserves a raise! 🙂 Second great experience! All employees are trained well. Cody serviced us our first time, and our experience was just as elite!

This is by far the very best take Five oil change place I’ve ever been to. Cody and AHKeelon, and Jay provided fast, extremely friendly and professional oil change service for me today. I don’t live in this area, but I like to take my vehicles to take Five because it’s gentleman like this that take good care of the customers that make me keep coming back. Oil changes are not cheap these days but the service you get at this location is five stars and well worth it.

On Tuesday, October 29th, I visited this location for an oil change and to have my tire pressure checked. During my visit, I asked an employee named Isaac to check my air filters. After pulling them out, he said they were dirty and needed to be replaced. While I was on the phone with my fiancé discussing the cost, he suggested checking prices at AutoZone since he could replace them himself. Isaac overheard our conversation and said, “I don’t know why you just did that. Your air filters need to be changed you’ve been driving around with them dirty all this time.” I explained I was just following my fiancé’s advice because I don’t know much about cars. Isaac replied, “Yeah, I was just trying to help you, but okay, you’re done,” and handed me my receipt. I asked if he had checked my tire pressure, which was the main reason I came in. He said yes, but when I looked at my passenger side, the air filter was still removed. When I asked him to put it back, he said, “No, I’m not putting it back. It needs to be replaced tell the person you were on the phone with to put it back.” I told him I would not drive without my filter and reminded him that I’ve come to Take 5 several times before and have never been told no by a mechanic. After insisting, he finally said, “Okay, I’ll put it back this time,” reinstalled it, and walked away without guiding me out of the bay as staff usually do. Once I pulled out, I noticed my tire pressure light was still on, meaning he never checked or added air. I called my fiancé, who told me to go back and have everything checked again. When I returned, I spoke with Carlos, explained the situation, and said I did not want Isaac touching my car. As I pulled in, Isaac came to my window and asked, “Did you tell him I was rude to you?” I said, “Yes, because you were very rude and didn’t do what I asked.” He looked angry and walked away. As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable and even threatened by his behavior. I’ve never been treated this way in all the years I’ve gone to Take 5. I honestly believe that if I wasn’t a **woman and a Black woman at that**I would not have been treated this way. What should have been a simple 10–20 minute visit turned into a two-hour ordeal that left me feeling disrespected and unsafe. I would not recommend this location to any woman, regardless of race, due to the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the staff.

I really want to give take 5 -10 stars or @ very least 5 because they are the fastest, most extensive, thorough, oil changing company I've ever been too. They not only change your oil in front of you but also the air filters, top off all of the fluids and air up tires as well & they don't super fast. They also offer bottles of water upon pulling up. Even though they are WELL WORTH the money, the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are so pricey.. I hate that cause they are so great everywhere else except pricing

This was my first experience at Take 5, and it was honestly the best decision I made for an oil change! K2 and Andrew greeted us so kindly and made the whole experience enjoyable. They offered us water, took the time to explain everything going on with my car, and were super patient throughout. Definitely recommend visiting them for any service
