Was visiting family in the area and did a drop in class. The mats are incredibly spacious and clean. Everyone I rolled with was very welcoming. Will return in the future.

While on a trip to Buffalo my 10-year-old and I stopped in to train at Take Over Jiu Jitsu. Their instructors (Jose and Matt) were top-notch! The kids' jiu jitsu class was awesome - my little guy loved it. Matt taught the adult class and I'm looking forward to implementing some of his techniques into my own game. Furthermore, it is very obvious that the instructors/business owners care very deeply about their students and their community. All said, I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an excellent training atmosphere, to have metand trained with a group of superb people, and picked up a a few bjj techniques - and I did all of this while visiting a city that I've never been to. Thanks and I can't wait to visit Take Over Jiu Jitsu again!
