Kay (Tamera) was very great!! She actually cared about my future plans… didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or ashamed and worked with me just where I am in my nutritional goals no judgement at all!!! She is helping me start a path to success, really listening to truly help and giving me real fixes to make small changes in day at a time. Thanks Kay!!!

My first appointment and I am pleased. She took the time to understand the things that would be challenging for me to achieve my goal and recommend others. O did not feel rushed. She made sure that I understood her process. She paused when I had questions. I have already scheduled the next few follow up appointments and will continue even beyond those. Thank you Kay( her preferred name)
