We had Tampa Event Group for our wedding November 15, 2025 and they were incredible from beginning to end. Our DJ, Anthony, was amazing — he met with us before the wedding, went over every detail with so much patience, and truly went above and beyond the day of the event. He kept the energy perfect, the transitions smooth, and made sure everything happened exactly when and how we planned. One thing that made our experience even better was that the owner of Tampa Event Group also has a catering business with his wife, so we ended up having both music and dinner perfectly covered. It was honestly the best decision we made because everything felt coordinated, stress-free, and high-quality. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the first song to the last dance, Rich absolutely nailed the vibe we were going for. It felt like he had known us for years — every track was spot-on, keeping the energy flowing and the dance floor packed all night. Rich was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and totally tuned in to our style. Our wedding was an absolute party thanks to them. From start to finish, the energy, professionalism, and production quality were unmatched. Our DJ had everyone on the dance floor all night, his mixes were spot on and he played exactly what we wanted while reading the crowd perfectly. They truly brought out all the stops - fog, cold sparks, our names projected on the wall, and a beautiful DJ booth setup. We used Tampa Event Group for DJ, MC, lighting, photo, video, and photo booth, and they delivered on every single detail. Our planner recommended them, and they did not disappoint. The value for what you get is incredible, high-end experience that’s still reasonably priced. A special shoutout to Richard Mercado, who is a true stand-up guy. A few months before the wedding, I had a small billing issue (totally my fault), I’d signed up for payments, then paid in full, and one extra payment accidentally came out while I was out wedding-dress shopping. Without missing a beat, Richard immediately refunded it and made sure everything was corrected within an hour. That kind of honesty and responsiveness says everything about the kind of vendor he is. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Tampa Event Group made our night unforgettable, stress-free, and so much fun. Highly, highly recommend!
We can’t thank Rich enough for helping make our wedding truly magical. From the very beginning, his communication was great. The planning process was smooth and stress-free. On the big day, he was not only an amazing DJ, but also an incredible MC. He had everyone on the dance floor all night. If you're looking for someone who is organized, fun, and genuinely invested in making your day special, we highly recommend DJ Rich.
