I have to say, Maria J. Over at Jackson Hewitt always does me right, if you need anything or have questions please go see her!! She is knowledgeable, quick and straightforward.. if you need help with your Taxes Jackson Hewitt is the place and Maria J. Is the woman to go to! A little overpriced for my liking but hey—they get it done right & in a timely manner!

I have never in my life witnessed anyone who calls themselves a manager mistreat a customer so poorly. As a manager myself , I would never tell a customer that "they suck" and get in their face so aggressively to the point that I thought the customer was going to have to defend himself. Jackson Hewitt will never have my business or the business of my friends and family after I share what happened there today. And to the poor young man who had to go through that, I hope he gets better treatment at another establishment. As for the "manager" If that's what he should be called , that is not how you treat a human being. Your behavior should be investigated to the fullest extent. Shame on you!

Absolutely amazing! Yissel was very sweet! Very knowledgeable about everything and explained everything in great detail for us! We file EVERY year with Jackson Hewitt and they always do us so well!! ❤️
