Sheila Stanley and the team at Compass were all amazing to work with. They really helped to make our move from NYC to Richmond quick and efficient. Sheila fought for our interests and helped to keep everything seamless. We would recommend them to anyone moving to or selling in the area.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience working with Sheila. She is proactive, professional, and always available to answer questions in her unfailingly supportive manner. Sheila and Team Hensley made every aspect of selling our home and purchasing our new one a smooth process. This is truly top-tier, concierge service. Do yourself a favor and contact them first. You will be happy you did!

We reached out to Team Hensley seeking assistance with purchasing a home in the Midlothian area as we were moving from the Midwest. Sheila was great to work with from the start. We were, perhaps, not the easiest buyers to work with, coming from out of state with little knowledge of the area, a wide range of possible home types, some very specific concerns, and needing to handle most of the buying process remotely. She was so patient, smart, understanding, and dogged in helping us every step of the way. She went above and beyond several times to ensure we were well informed, comfortable with the process, and protected. She is extraordinarily competent in her knowledge, negotiating skills, ability to think proactively, and attention to detail. And she's really nice, a pleasure to work with. We love keeping in touch with her. We highly recommend her!

I had the privilege to recently work with Sheila and Jenna and they were awesome! Took excellent care of their clients and went above and beyond to make sure things were smooth throughout the process. I am a mortgage broker and work with a LOT of realtors, can't recommend this team enough. HIGHLY recommend!
