Jarrod was a pleasure to work with and he did his best to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately, Tech Electronics has come off the tracks in all other areas in my opinion. Scheduling, servicing, billing have all become huge disappointments and turnover of staff is abysmal. After more than 15 years of service it's time to move on.

Poor experience and much money wasted with this company on an issue that was easily remedied by another service provider for a fraction of the cost. They convinced us that our only option was to buy a new intercom system to address issues but it didn't solve the problem and the salesman we worked with left the company shortly after. We continued to spend thousands of dollars on service calls and door hardware until they gave up and told us they couldn't help us anymore until we bought a new door from them for $25,000 (and charged for the bid without disclosing so before the fact). Another company permanently fixed the problem for only $500 and found they had installed incorrect hardware, which led to the repeated failures. Be careful listening to the promises of this company because once they have your money the tone of the conversation changes.

Jarrod P. was amazing! He zipped right along, making sure my computer was not compromised. Not only did he take care of what I needed, he also recognized the problem(s) behind my computer's lag/crashing and suggested multiple options on how to improve my set up to increase my efficiency. He did all this with such a positive attitude. I would highly recommend Jarrod P. at Tech Electronics to anyone.

They provide excellent IT services. Jarrod Pinson has been especially helpful. He responds quickly, takes care of the issue effectively, and even goes out of his way to follow-up. He has great communication and really goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
