Lee went above and beyond on our desk top upgrade. Before uploading our old files, he looked for any signs of malware and useless apps and removed them. He reviewed all our existing equipment and discovered that our old monitor was not automatically compatible with our new hardware. We opted to upgrade to a new monitor and Lee went with me to make the purchase. We found the perfect replacement at a great price and returned. Lee set up the new hardware, downloaded our old files and docs, emails, etc. He discovered problems with the upgrade of our older Windows 10 to the new OS. He found workarounds and fixes and got everything loaded and running. He checked that all our peripherals and Windows 11 operated under our wireless set up. I'd recommend Lee to anyone who needs real help navigating hardware/software upgrades or having issues with antivirus apps or slow performance.
