Tech One Automotive

This is the second time I have used Tech One Automotive. I am impressed by the good and quick service I have received. I have been greeted with professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised to find they fixed a window on my vehicle that wouldn't go completely up and it seems got another window to work automatically. :)

What a great overall experience I just had at Tech One Automotive. I had some random car issues this morning so was on the hunt for a good, reliable, and vetted mechanic and had this place recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad they did! If you’re looking for a good place to take your car, come here. Even if you’re further away, it’s so worth the customer support, good car care, and honest conversations where non-car people aren’t taken advantage of! A true rarity! Upon arrival I was kindly welcomed in by Billy who quickly helped address/identify my issue. While he was busy taking care of my car I was in the lobby which was also such a nice bonus. They had water, coffee and creamer, sodas, good snacks, coloring books + crayons for kids, and comfy seatings, plus they were doing a toy drive for kids which is super sweet! I overheard a handful of client interactions and all the employees were super kind and great listeners without judgement and seemed to really care about each guest interaction and vehicle. I’m so glad I kind of randomly stumbled upon this place today and I will 110% be back and extend the recommendation to others! Thank you again Billy for the great service, kindness, and quick but important complimentary fix! Me and my car so appreciate you and your team!

The reviews are accurate! What a positive experience! I went to get my oil changed and was greeted by the friendliest employee outside. The waiting area is clean and spacious with drinks and snacks. Everyone who helped me was very polite and thorough. They even applied a generous coupon that made me an even happier customer. I will definitely go back when needed. Other shops should take lessons from this one on how to deliver excellent customer service. I recommend. Thanks!

I was looking for a new shop to service my vehicle and came across Tech One Automotive. Their excellent reviews convinced me to give them a try. From my first phone call, Austin was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He clearly explained their process and made scheduling easy. When I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Austin walked me through everything thoroughly, called to explain their findings after the inspection, and got the work done quickly after I gave approval. What really stood out was his exceptional customer service—his knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty made the entire experience stress-free. I’m very pleased with the work done and highly recommend Tech One Automotive!

My friend recommended me this place and I am so thankful. She and her mom have been coming here for years and I see why. They are very fast for oil changes!! I recommend going online to find their oil change coupon, it’ll be only like $60. Much cheaper than the Rising Sun Auto I would go to in the area. They also have a comfy waiting area with snacks
