Ben's assistance was invaluable to my Amazon business. During our consultation, we reviewed my listing, improved my title, enhanced my description and bullets, researched keywords for listing optimization, and revamped my Facebook ads. On top of that, he spent an hour teaching me how to use several tools and websites to aid me in the future. It was an excellent experience. Ben and Techknow have been great to work with the last few years. They recently helped me to upgrade to a new Mac and backed up my old computer and helped set up the new Mac. It's working great!
