I highly recommend this repair technician. He added new parts to my son's gaming PC and completely rebuilt it, and it now runs perfectly. He also replaced the battery in my son’s iPhone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest, and the quality of his work really shows. I'm very thankful for his help and will definitely use him again for all computer or phone repairs.

Complete scam. I was told the issue was fixed, but when I returned, the problem still existed. They even tried to blame me for not asking to test a larger file, yet the same file I showed them didn’t run. They denied the issue until I demonstrated it again, wasting my time completely. They never even tried rebooting the system to test it. Essentially, I paid for work that was never done. This kind of service shows a blatant disregard for customer trust and professionalism.

Called Dan when I was getting some error faults relating to faulty control board on my Whirlpool dryer. Upon inspection of the board noticed that there were a couple of burnt joints that needed resoldering. Dan also checked the relay to make sure the component wasn't faulty. Dan was courteous, responded quickly via text, took an evening drop off and had the board resoldered/cleaned up by next morning. Popped it back into the dryer and it worked like a charm. Dan saved us some $$$ with his skill.
